Gifs Park

Hello! Welcome to the Gifs Park. This is where I park gifs that I make of things I like that are copyrighted by people and/or entities other than myself. I will update this as I make gifs. It will be sporadic and will likely often correspond with what I’m fixated on at any particular time. I’m open to criticism if you have the time and/or desire to give it, as well. These are practice pieces to sharpen my skills for personal projects.

From The Yellow Submarine. I know, he’s a fascist in the movie, and the main villain, which is bad. He has trouble regulating his emotions. He’s also queer-coded, eccentric, fluffy, and joyful. I feel like he brings a lot of energy to the story even though he’s not on-screen a lot, and the movie would be flat without him.

Baby Metroid

From the Metroid series from Nintendo. We are playing Other M right now, and the beginning cinematic with the baby Metroid in it brought me to tears (no spoilers). Something about the scene was more moving to me than when the same scene took place at the end of Super Metroid. Probably the voiceover and realistic graphics? Anyway, I think the baby Metroids are really cute.
